Ingredients
- 320 g frutos rojos variados
Para la salsa de chocolate
- 150 g chocolate blanco de cobertura
- 250 ml nata doble
- 1 c.c extracto de vainilla
Instructions
- Preparar la sala derritiendo el chocolate con la nata doble y el extracto de vainilla.
- Una vez derretido dejar enfriar 10 minutos.
- Disponer en los platos los frutos rojos variados y verter por encima la crema de chocolate.

Ingredients
- 320 g assorted red fruits
For the chocolate sauce
- 150 g white chocolate
- 250 ml double cream
- 1 c. C Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the room by melting the chocolate with the double cream and the vanilla extract.
- Once melted let cool for 10 minutes.
- Arrange the varied red fruits on the dishes and pour the chocolate cream over the top.
